CEO

Bai Dongming was the managing director of Shanghai Quantrun Investment Limited, a registered hedge fund in Shanghai, China. Before that, Ms Bai was an equity analyst covering Greater China consumer stocks in Citi Group and JPMorgan. Ms Bai holds MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor degree of economics from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

Quantree Investment Pte. Ltd. (“Quantree Invesment”) is a Registered Fund Management Company licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide specific regulated services.

It has come to our attention that the name of Quantree Investment has been fraudulently used by third parties to approach members of the public and to invite them to open a trading account and invest in financial products allegedly managed by Quantree Investment or otherwise make payments for such investment purposes. Members of the public have been approached through unsolicited calls from such persons alleging to be employees of Quantree Investment.

Quantree Investment would like to inform the public that it will never make unsolicited approaches to members of the public, whether through telephone calls and/or emails, for the purposes of inviting members of the public to participate in any investment schemes under Quantree Investment.

Quantree Investment only utilises the website https://www.quan-tree.com.sg/. All other websites purporting to be associated with Quantree Investment are fraudulent. Should a member of the public wish to verify the identity of any person claiming to be an employee of Quantree Investment, kindly reach out to us by email at enquiry@quan-tree.com.

Members of the public are reminded to be cautious when invited to invest in unfamiliar or unknown schemes, especially when such invitations are unsolicited. Please ensure that you remain alert and conduct all the necessary checks to satisfy yourself as to the origins and authenticity of the invitation to invest. Never share your personal details or make any payments without first verifying the authenticity of the invitation and remain cautious at all times if you decide to share your personal details or make any payments.
